ZURI Garden Estate is located in Kasanje Town Council within Wakiso District, bordered by Lake Victoria, Entebbe, Kajjansi Town Council, Kyengera Council, and Mpigi District. It can be reached through Entebbe, either by ferry (13 km) or by road (39 km) via Entebbe Road, Kitende, Nakawuka, and Kasanje, or through Kisubi, Nakawuka, and Kasanje.

Kasanje is known for its birdlife at Mabamba, which is a Ramsar Important Bird Area, and has seen increased tourism and the establishment of high-end hotels such as Buvi Lodge, Mabamba Lodge, and Nkima Lodge. The planned upgrading of the Kisubi-Nakawuka-Kasanje-Mpigi road has led to an exponential appreciation of land value in Kasanje, making it an attractive investment option.

The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) has finalized designs for a bridge across Lake Victoria between Nakiwogo and Buwaya, which will facilitate quicker travel from Entebbe to Kasanje (15 minutes), Mpigi (less than 30 minutes), and Masaka without needing to go through Kampala. Additionally, the nearby United Nations SACCO Project adds to the appeal of Kasanje as a desirable suburb of Entebbe.
